joining Zap, Dror fulfilled a series of senior management positions in the
field of e-commerce and internet. Among other things, he managed the site Buy2
(from its establishment), oversaw the business activity at Walla Group, was
part of the founding team of Partner (Orange) Communications' Marketing and
Content Division, and took part in the establishment of a variety of enterprises
in the digital arena.

Dilion was appointed VP Operations and Service in December of 2017.
joined the group in 2016 as head of the service and digital advertising service
for small businesses.

the Israeli communications industry. Among others, she headed HOT's sales
division. Prior to that she headed the Customer Service Division at HOT Mobile,
where she took part in the launch of the new cellular network and the deployment
of nation-wide service centers. She also headed the call center, sales, and
customer retention division at Bezeq and the Southern District of Customer
Service Centers for Pelephone.

Nativ joined Zap in October of 2019 after founding and managing several
start-ups (the last of which was sold to a venture capital fund) in which he
was CTO. In his previous roles Nativ worked at online companies in various
arenas, leading technology and staff towards modern technologies and
holds a degree in Science (Physics) from Tel Aviv University. He is greatly
experienced in the establishment of teams, in implementing development
methodologies including in multinational companies, and in technological
leadership and strategy.

Ofir Goldman joined Zap in May 2018 as Manager of Pricing and Products.
In July of 2019 he was appointed Manager of Data and Products and became
a member of senior management. Goldman joined Zap after several years at HOT,
where he fulfilled a series of roles in marketing and economy, including
Manager of Private Marketing Division. Prior to that he served in several
positions at Cellcom's Sales and Marketing divisions.
Goldman holds a BA in Economics and Communication from Tel Aviv
University and an MA in Business Administration, Marketing and Advertising from
the College of Management.
